At The Workwear Group Ltd, we aim to make your ordering experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery options and returns process.

Customised Items (Standard Delivery): 10-15 Working Days

Standard Delivery

Customised Items Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 10-15 working days from order date.
- Express Delivery for Customised Items: 3-6 Working Days from order date (£49.99).(Lead time begins from the date of order or artwork approval, depending on the service.)
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer an exchange service. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order through our website.
Returns Policy
You may return plain (non-customised) items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging
- Must be free from any odours (e.g. smoke, food, pets)
- Must include a copy of your order number and reason for return
Please Note:
- Returns are not free – we do not provide return labels
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund
- Customised items are non-returnable unless faulty
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return items.
Refunds
- Returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving your item(s)
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account
- Please Note: Customised items are not legible for returns or refunds unless deemed faulty which is at the discretion of The Workwear Group Ltd.
