Customised Orders – Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order and customised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless the item you receive is faulty or damaged.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your customised products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your contact email/phone].

To process your claim:

  • Provide your order number and a description of the fault.

  • Include photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Once reviewed:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund (at your choice).

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order before dispatch. However:

  • If production has not started, we may issue a full refund.

  • If production has commenced, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the incorrect size, colour, or design.
